At Footgear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new shoes aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Footgear account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and print your prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Footwear

  Place the unworn shoes in their original branded box and secure them inside a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; keep your tracking receipt for peace of mind.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
